The Trièves, with its landscape, particularly well preserved and certainly unique, will enchant you.
In a mid-mountain scenery, surrounded by the valley of the Drac, the cliffs of the Vercors and the Dévoluy, at an average altitude of 700 m, it is a country for walking, hiking, horseback riding and mountain biking.
Many hiking trails are marked.
Those who prefer higher altitudes will feast on the peaks surrounding the land: The Obiou 2789 m, Grand Ferrand 2761 m, The Mont Aiguille 2086 m, not to forget The Vercors Highlands.

The Trièves also offers a wide range of other activities: climbing (rocks & walls), hang gliding / paragliding (2 official sites: Courtet and Châtel), bungee jumping (Pont de c), canoeing/hydrospeed, sailing (Monteynard Lake, Lake Sautet), via ferrata, Alpine and cross-country skiing (Superdévoluy, Alpe du Grand Serre, Gresse en Vercors). Unique in Europe: The Himalayan Gateways.
